Demand for our services has grown rapidly, and we currently have a long waiting list of veterans seeking to participate in our core programs. This new headquarters has the potential to reduce wait times by more than 60% and significantly increase our capacity for national impact.

Campaign Progress
Phase 1: Complete
In 2025, CreatiVets launched Phase 1 to purchase and preserve the building on Roberson Avenue in Nashville, Tennessee. By November 2025, the property was purchased outright for $3.3 million. We are deeply grateful to all who believed in this vision and helped secure this future home.
Phase 2: Now Underway
In 2026, Phase 2 focuses on renovation, construction, and preparing the building for move in. This phase will allow CreatiVets to relocate current operations into a permanent sanctuary where veterans can explore songwriting, ceramics, woodworking, painting, screenwriting, photography, and more. Phase 2 has a fundraising goal of $2.6 million. As of March 2026, 15% of that goal has already been committed. With continued support, we hope to welcome veterans into the new space by Veterans Day 2026.
Future Goals:
Phase 3: Expanding the Vision In 2027, Phase 3 will complete the full build out of the Arts and Music Center. Planned features include a performance stage and event space, an art gallery, expanded studio space, and 24 hour access to a makerspace. This will ensure veterans always have a place to turn for healing, expression, and community. As a creative hub, the Arts and Music Center will also generate sustainable revenue by leasing portions of the building to mission aligned partners, helping CreatiVets keep services free for veterans.
